The new digital technologies used, the excellence of project management practices, rigorously observing the phases of initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control with the areas of knowledge: scope, time, costs, stakeholders, quality, human resources, communication, risks, acquisitions, and project integration, with the performance of diagnostics, prognostics, and development of research and data collection for the proposition of solutions.
It combines the best of people power with the best of corporate power and platform.
It is a structure that uses all resources and all stakeholders - players, with efficiency and efficacy, taking charge of corporate strengths (which require scale and considerable resources) and peers who take charge of people's strengths (local adaptation, specialization, customization).
When corporations and peers only concentrate on what they do best, each one taking care of what would be difficult, irritating or simply impossible for the other, the resulting collaboration is very interesting and can even become miraculously innovative.
That is, in a world of scarcity, peer-shared corporations - partners create abundance.
In recent years I have posted in my texts relevant questions for a guide for reflection and debate on the topic of education in the contemporaneity of the great transformations that are taking place mainly in the business, academic, and communications world, among others, arising from the rapid and overwhelming development of technology.
Reminding them of the agenda discussed at the World Economic Forum, which already refers us to the so-called "fourth industrial revolution", characterized by the fusion of technologies, which impact the physical, digital and biological spheres of society. We are experiencing a technological revolution unprecedented in the history of humanity, which, in its scale, scope and complexity, will promote great transformations, not yet experienced, as well as involve broad sectors of civil society, public and private, in addition to the entire educational segment.
On the other hand, connectivity, the expansion of social networks, sharing and collaboration in knowledge networks, also mark the coordinates and axes of a new digital era.
According to statistics released in September 2023, Facebook has more than 3 billion users, and the number of Brazilian users who access the platform reaches 109.1 million people.
Here we are only talking about one platform. All these numbers and scenarios represent a significant concern for education in Brazil, since, whether we like it or not, to survive we necessarily need to transform ourselves.
We need to build the future we all want and perhaps this is one of the greatest challenges facing Brazil today. It is necessary to put people's capital of knowledge and experience first and promote an education that is connected to the very complex problems of the historical context, valuing entrepreneurship and creativity as great assets for survival and overcoming.
Without a doubt, as experts point out, there is a "Collaborative Innovation" and a new "Sharing Economy" in a compendium.
They complement each other and trigger a world of experiences in permanent collaboration, convergence and sharing, creating knowledge networks, new models of social development, of business companies, which places creativity as a great mark of the valorization of human intelligence.
